The paradigm of Industry 4.0 allows to increase the efficiency and effectiveness production. Companies that will implement advanced solutions in production systems their level competitiveness be able reach high market shares. present paper is focused on development digital implemented a close power loop test bench designed transmissions for naval unit. In particular, configuration consists back-to-back connection between two identical mechanical reducers. Since these are very high, it not necessary use large electric motors, thus managing contain operating costs testing phase. particular size motor simply based dissipated by kinematic mechanisms. By means suitable sensors installed possible extrapolate countless technical data. implementation enabling technologies evaluate compared traditional terms reduction noise vibrations, lubrication, consumption, installation maintenance cost entire system.
